Classes and teams
Classes
Classes designed for ages 3 years old and older
Preschool
This 45 minute class is for children toilet trained/3 years old. They learn the fundamentals of gymnastics using modified equipment. They learn how to stretch, balance, wait patiently and build their confidence.
Beginner
This hour-long class is for children 5 and up. They learn the skills necessary to advance to the pre team. These include a pull over and front support on bars, a strong balance on beam, backbends, handstands and cartwheels on floor.
Pre-team
The girls at this level practice for 1 1/2 hours a week to learn and perfect many skills required for routines. They begin to put it together to form the routine as well.
